About ADENN FOX

Adenn Fox is a painter, illustrator and artisanal pompom maker based in Buffalo, New York.

Born in Newport, Rhode Island, she received her first set of professional markers and acrylic paints when she was twelve years old. Comics and fantasy influenced her early work. Dramatic and expressive characters have always been a hallmark of her work. More recently, Adenn has begun exploring pop-surrealism, neo-pop genres with emotional undercurrents through acrylic and oil paint and marker illustration. She offers prints, stickers and original works in her online shop (coming soon).

While Adenn has always been an illustrative artist, she picked up pompoms during the height of the global pandemic after writing a diy crafts blog for her corporate job. Since then, this hobby has evolved into a whimsical art form as she manipulates the yarn into fruit, plants, animals and pop culture icons.
